Snapshots allow you to save the state of a folder and its contents as a backup that you can restore later or publish to a different Ecrion platform, e.g. from your development system to your production system.
This walkthrough describes the basic steps for creating and using snapshots within Ecrion Converse™.
Step 1 - Access your project
Start by accessing your project documents. Simply select the Design module and choose from Communications and Analytics projects types.
Step 2 - Create the snapshot
Under the project list, select Snapshot from the More Options menu.
Click New Snapshot, provide a name and, optionally, a short comment for the current snapshot.
Step 3 - Rename the snapshot or add comments
Choose Edit from the More Options menu within the Project Snapshots list.
Edit the name or provide a new comment for your snapshot
Step 4 - Delete the snapshot
Choose Delete from the More Options menu within the Project Snapshots list.
Choose Delete to permanently remove your project snapshot files.
