Folders allow you to isolate and centralize specific files related to a specific department or subject under the same location, e.g. folder for Retail related files.
This walkthrough describes the basic steps for creating a new folder within Ecrion Converse™.
Step 1 - Access your workspace project
Start by accessing your workspace project folder. Simply select the Workspaces module and choose from the available workspaces in there. After that, access the Files tile.
Step 2 - Create Folder
Under the Files toolbar on the right top of the page, click on New Folder button.
After Create Folder Dialog will be opened, provide a name for your newly created folder and click on Create. You will notice that the folder will be added on the left pane of the page.
